The phases we are putting in place to support a safe re-opening in relation to Covid 19.
At Charter House, we have always maintained a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness, with our family team consistently delivering a high level of service.
As we move towards re-opening Charter House following the lockdown, with the health and safety of our guests and staff being of upmost importance, we will be implementing further measures across Charter House and its facilities to support the already high standard of cleaning procedures we have already put in place.
The situation concerning COVID-19 will of course change on a regular basis, we will continue to adapt our procedures as required to ensure the health and safety of our guests and staff, strictly following the advice from the UK Government, World Health Organisation, key tourism bodies and experts.
While we very much look forward to welcoming you back through Charter House’s doors from Monday 12th April 2021 onwards, we will be opening Charter House making sure we have followed all the advice and requirements that makes it is safe for both our guests and our staff to do so.
We hope our guests will make the most of our beautiful area of natural beauty, which is surrounded by scenic coastal paths, miles of rugged coast line and fresh sea air.
Should you have any questions about the measures which will be implemented across Charter House, and our cancellations policy, please do contact us.
